Spring Forward!!

As we approach daylight savings, don't worry that your baby's schedule will be ruined. The common advice I give is, If you have a baby on a good schedule who goes to bed and wakes up regularly at the same time every day, You can try to start preparing beforehand, to keep your little one's schedule intact. Start by beginning their day earlier by 15 minutes each day, and their bedtime earlier by 15 minutes each night, for 4 days before. For example, if they usually start day at 7 am, wake baby at 6:45 am on Wednesday, 6:30 on Thursday, 6:15 on Friday, and 6 am on Saturday. Then you are back on track to a 7-7 schedule when clocks go forward March 11th.
