I am originally from London England, and immigrated with my family to the USA , and settled in Atlanta in 1989. I have two grown sons, and my hobbies include music, cooking, and animal rescue.

Having always worked with children, particularly babies, from the age I was old enough to babysit, I knew one day babies would be a permanent part of my life!

I trained as a Nursery Nurse, passing the NNEB examination in 1979, and for several years worked with newborns in nurseries around London. I went on to work with older children too for a while, becoming deputy headmistress of the Scarsdale pre-school in Kensington, London, and eventually a superintendent of my own play center, employed by the Inner London Education Authority. Over time, I knew I had to get back to my first love, babies!  So moving forward, I rejoined the workforce as a Baby Nurse in private homes, with new mothers and their babies. This has been my passion and main field for the last twenty five years.

Today, I am a professional Baby Nurse based in Atlanta, but am available for travel worldwide to take care of your baby. I've worked all over the USA and Europe, for up to 6 months at a time. I specialize in preemies and multiples, and am also very experienced with the special needs of apnea monitored babies, reflux, sensory integration disorder, and feeding techniques. I enjoy nothing more than helping a family nurture their precious little ones. As a professional Baby Nurse coming into people’s homes, I realize it is important to be as unobtrusive as possible, and also respectful and flexible. Since every family has their own unique style of parenting and desires for their baby, I am extremely conscientious of ensuring things are done the way required, and am completely supportive of any decisions made by the parents regarding feeding, scheduling, and every other aspect of their baby’s care. I am committed to helping families have the best experience they can, with us all having a common goal of a healthy, happy baby. Of course advice and suggestions are always available. I am also a sleep trainer, and can provide proven results of babies I've trained, sleeping 12 hours a night, by 12 weeks old, including multiples. My CPR certification is current, and I can provide excellent references.

Over the years I have met many wonderful Baby Nurses and other colleagues in the newborn industry, in Atlanta, some that I have now collaborated with to provide superior postpartum services. If I happen to be booked, I will gladly refer you to another Baby Nurse at no cost to you. My belief is that your satisfaction is of the utmost importance. As a result, a high percentage of my business is from repeat customers and personal referrals.

Thank you for stopping by. I welcome the opportunity to providing you the best Baby Nurse services in the industry!
